3. Little Beth Entertainment, Ltd announces the PREMIERE SCREENING of the LORDS of PRAXTON a thrilling new science fiction/fantasy adventure film
*Friday, June 16** at 7pm.* Held at The University of Akron's Gardner Theatre in the Student Union Center, Akron, Ohio. *Admission: $5*

Brian Richeson portrays Jim Corinth, a reclusive ethnologist and inventor from the planet of Praxton who is haunted by a dark past and whose present remains a guarded mystery.

Christine Haber portrays Adella Benea, the Lord of Praxton, who struggles to identify and eliminate a rebel threat which seeks to overthrow the government of Praxton and propel the planet into a maelstrom of chaos and civil war. No one is above suspicion, including the members of Praxton's High Council of Eight.

The makers of PIZZA: The Movie are holding an open audition for their next film entitled 'Survival' This will be director Donald Gregory's second film.

SYNOPSIS:

Twelve men and women, selected to be on a knock off reality show, discover it's more than they bargained for when their fellow contestants start to disappear and show up dead. Is the killer among them, is it all part of the show, or is it something else entirely? They must learn to trust each other and work together if any of them are to survive.

This is a nonunion paid gig. Actors and actresses will receive a minimum of $75 per day. Many of the roles are physically demanding. There is adult language, themes, and a few of the female roles require partial nudity for brief scenes.

7. Needed: Outreach &Webmaster Intern
Award winning filmmaker is looking for web-designer and outreach person to promote the documentary release "No Umbrella – Election Day in the City" www.noumbrella.org . The film, which has gotten worldwide attention, is about voting irregularities in Cleveland, Ohio during the 2004 national election.
We need one or two enthusiastic people to:
Redesign website with the goal of creating an interactive site (blogs, mailing list sign up, links, discussion boards, DVD purchase)
Launch voter activist campaign that uses the film as a catalyst
Research and contact related organizations for cross-promotion
Create electronic press kits
Create and maintain data base
This is a volunteer position but you will learn about cutting edge film distribution models, new methods of promoting activism, and have fun while you are at it. If you care passionately about election issues and have some or all of the necessary skills, then this job is for you!
